Literacy Week 2019

Buk bilong Pikinini is getting ready for Literacy Week 2019.

There will be a number of activities in the Library Learning Centres throughout the week of the 3-7th of September. The prime event will be held to celebrate women's role in ensuring that their children obtain an education and will also seek to provide support and motivation for young girls to stay at school. The event is entitled "The Wonder Women and Girls of PNG" with the slogan "Educate a Girl - Educate a Generation."
